Royale Group, LLC. is a small company that was started by individuals who live in the Northern Virginia area and has experienced the "IT Boom" & "Bust". Royale Group, LLC has a team of individuals that has been in the Information Technology field for a very long time and have a combined experience of over 40 years.
Being in IT we are constantly asked by our friends & families to setup; repair and maintain their computers/laptops for their homes and/or businesses. When asked about hiring someone to take care of this their response was "the technical support companies have no appointments for when we are available and they charge an exorbitant amount of money". After doing some market research we decided to start Royale Group, LLC is part of Avtar Inc, which means "reincarnation" that is exactly what we want to do by providing superior customer service and getting people to interact with people again. No more infinite prompts to be asked to leave a message and someone will get back to you.
Our goal is to provide superior customer service with human interaction for our customers at a reasonable & affordable cost. We also offer products and services for Verizon Wireless cellular phones.
