The 22-week virtual program selected 80 women professionals over two editions and covered core skills, mentorship, and career planning, with bespoke content provided by HUL.
The program investigated the impact of digital transformation on the workforce and how companies can improve with new technologies. Industry experts presented panels, speeches, and case studies, which highlighted that digital transformation has a major impact on the workforce. New technologies have been adopted by companies to improve communication, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
DigiPivot ended with a virtual graduation event, with the goal of creating 200+ women leaders in digital marketing. The program showcased the importance of investing in employee development to stay ahead in the rapidly changing digital landscape, and how companies can benefit from a diverse pool of talent by empowering women in digital marketing.
