Avtar Certified Diversity Auditor (ACDA)

To address the growing need for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in workplaces, Avtar has launched a new program – Avtar Certified Diversity Auditor (ACDA). ACDA is an individual certification program designed based on ISO 30415 guidelines for DEI in organizations. The ACDA program aims to help DEI champions and practitioners adopt suitable approaches to strategize and implement DEI in organizations, aligned with business goals. The virtual sessions, led by Ms. Bhavani Balasubramanian, Chief Strategist – Diversity Evaluation, Avtar, are interactive and include workshops, polls, Q&A sessions, and discussions. The program’s evaluation model includes periodic assessments culminating in a comprehensive online examination.
