The most-awaited D&I Awards' Conference, the Working Mother & Avtar Best of the Best Conference, is here for its fourth edition!

    Ignite Potential

The theme for this year’s conference is Ignite Potential. Through a series of curated sessions, we aim to bring forth conversations on how organizations can ignite their tremendous innate potential by harnessing the power of diversity and inclusion. The conference will provide insights on how organizations can access and leverage this potential to intentionally design culture, increase employee engagement and enhance organizational performance.  The insightful sessions will help D&I professionals and leaders to enhance their knowledge and skill sets to advance D&I strategies, processes and systems. The sessions will deliberate on how organizational capabilities can be enhanced and employee potential optimized, by looking inward and practicing inclusion. We hope to challenge conventional thinking, discuss best practices and share resources to accelerate D&I progress and truly ignite the potential for holistic development. As we adapt to the new normal and move into a post COVID environment, such discussions will prove critical for pursuing strategic growth.
