    After the resounding success of the first edition of D&I Reboot, we are bringing the most requested Session once again! These are VUCA times. “Post-Covid” is still not a reality yet, although it appears that there will be many versions of it. Every business leader is brainstorming with their senior leadership team on the most relevant immediate transformation, to keep the revenues flowing in.     - Or will all the plans made for embedding inclusion – which involved elaborate events, multi-layered engagement practices and a world which took “presence” for granted, now lose steam?

    Dr. Saundarya Rajesh addresses these very pertinent questions in a 2.5 hours public session titled – “D&I Reboot”. Author of one of India’s most successful and compelling books on Diversity & Inclusion and a strategist for India’s top organizations, Dr. Saundarya is very familiar with the landscape that the present disruptive environment represents. In her 20 years of Diversity & Inclusion consulting, Dr. Saundarya has witnessed three global VUCA moments – the Dot-com bust of 2001, the sub-prime crisis of 2008 and the global recession of 2013.

    During each of these crises, Dr. Saundarya has been at the forefront of inclusion, assisting organizations in ensuring that survival did not mean the marginalization of people practices. Research reveals that companies which kept people welfare and an inclusive culture as central to their plans, were able to emerge stronger, more stable and more resilient. They were able to build credible inclusion roadmaps, on the back of the crisis, by learning about what changed.
